Supreme Court Ends Eviction Moratorium


Late Thursday, the Supreme Court’s conservative majority ruled against President Biden’s Eviction Moratorium, effectively allowing evictions to resume. This ends protections Biden put into place for roughly 3.5 Million Americans who said they face eviction in the next two months. The Supreme Court ruling determined that if protections are to continue, they will need to pass through Congress to be officially authorized. More info here from the Associated Press
